You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include:

  • Reviewing and analysing structured information through the platform interface
  • Accessing automated insights generated by the platform
  • Managing your personal dashboard and user profile
  • Contacting the support team through designated channels

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

By submitting information to the Platform, you grant Nexoryqel a non-exclusive licence to use that information for the purposes of processing your request and providing support. You represent that you have the right to submit such information.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform and its automated outputs are provided on an "as is" basis. Nexoryqel does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose. Platform outputs are informational and do not constitute advice of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nexoryqel Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if Nexoryqel has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination of Access

Nexoryqel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if the Platform is discontinued or modified.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
